Description
One of the best known modern main battle tanks, the TAM VC from Argentina, is also one of the least documented vehicles in its class. Interestingly, the TAM (Tanque Argentino Mediano) tank family has German roots. In addition to the VC medium tank, numerous other variants exist on this chassis, including an infantry fighting vehicle, a mortar carrier, a command vehicle and a self-propelled howitzer. This publication is the first to present the entire TAM vehicle family in detail in words and pictures, thus closing an important gap in the documentation of modern tank construction.
