A book-bound facsimile edition of a catalogue of weapons originally published in 1927 as individual plates. 66 full-page pictorial plates show some of the finest examples of swords, daggers, other bladed weapons, early long arms and pistols from the collection of the French Army Museum. The exhibits shown are not only French, but also include examples from most of the countries bordering France. The meticulous quality of the original photographs and the size of the illustrations make this catalogue one of the most spectacular ever.
